What to Send Us When You Ask for a Quotation
A good brief turns a two-week quotation into a two-day one. Here is exactly what our team needs from importers, retailers and interior designers.
Most delays in quoting are not about capacity — they are about missing information. If your enquiry includes the points below, we can usually come back with pricing, lead time and a container plan within two working days.
1. Quantities and mix
Tell us how many pieces of each item you need, and whether you would like a full container of one design or a mixed consignment. Mixed loads are welcome; knowing the mix early lets us plan the loading and avoid wasted volume.
2. Timber and finish
If you have a preference — solid mango, acacia, reclaimed pine — say so. If you do not, share a reference photograph and we will suggest the closest match from what we hold and what suits your climate.
3. Dimensions
Our catalogue sizes are a starting point. Custom heights and widths are routine for us; changing a depth by 5 cm rarely changes the price, but it does change the container maths, so we would rather know at quotation stage.
4. Destination port and Incoterms
FOB Mundra and CIF to your nearest port are both straightforward. Knowing the destination lets us quote freight accurately and flag any documentation your customs authority will expect.
5. Your timeline
Indicative production is 45–60 days from order confirmation to port. If you are working to a season or a store opening, tell us the date you need stock on the shelf and we will work backwards from it.
6. Branding requirements
We manufacture on an OEM and ODM basis. Labels, care cards, branded packaging and your own designs are all possible — just include the artwork or specification with your enquiry.
